Olympus E-520 to outshine E-510 by leaps

The E-520 is final and the new 2.7-inch LCD DSLR camera by Olympus will feature built-in Image Stabilisation that compensates for camera shake by four exposure value (EV) steps. This means shakier hands are now able to take clear pictures, even when lighting conditions are less than perfect, like when shooting indoors or on a cloudy day.

Behold – the world’s most lightest and compact HD camcorder! Sony has just launched its latest addition to the Handycam family, the HDR-TG1E. The launch, held at Equinox on the 69th floor of Swissôtel on 24 April, gave us lucky tech journalists a fabulous sneak peek at this flashy new camcorder. We were also treated to a fashion show featuring clothes by Springfield, Cortefiel and NAFNAF where gorgeous models paraded around with the camcorders demonstrating its many features.

Two things: Canon has launched a new range of dual-memory camcorders, and Wong Li Lin is Canon’s new camcorder ambassador. The five camcorder models launched are extremely compact and come in high definition and standard definition variations. They come with up to 16GB of built-in flash memory plus a flash card slot, or just with the flash card slot.
