Make some noise

You know that Intel jingle, the Motorola "Hello Moto", and the Nokia tune? Those are called Sound Logos, and now Sennheiser wants one of their own. But instead of going to some professional jingle composers or sound artists, they want YOU to do it. And they're willing to payout EUR5000 to the winner... and EUR30,000 if you grant them unlimited rights to use the winning logo!

If quirky gadgets are your kinda thing, then you'll love the Sony Rolly. At first glance its just a music player that looks like an egg. But play some tunes on it and bingo! It starts dancing along to the beat! The Sony Rolly has six moving parts and jives along to any music you play on it, and even its LED lights flash to the rhythm too! You can even connect your PC or mobile phone to it via Bluetooth connectivity.

When I saw my friend's audio system for his PC, I couldn't resist admiring it. Upon reaching home,I tried to dig up my old pair of speakers which was part of the ancient Pentium III machine over the weekend but to no avail. Depending on the status of the wallet come end of the month, I might be interested in purchasing this pair of Sonic Gear Momento M2 to replace my speakers that went on a holiday unannounced.
