As you've already noticed, there's been very little updates in the blog since the wedding. Well, things have been pretty busy and Jo and I are getting adjusted to married life.
But that doesn't mean the video has stalled! I'm just taking a short break to gather my creative thought processes, so that I can get back into it and finish the video with a totally kick-ass 3rd act. I'm under tremendous pressure from Genevieve to complete her scenes as the Elite Flying Ninja, and now that my cousin is back in town he can get into the ninja suit and play the army of evil ninjas.
And of course, the eagerly anticipated Skater King battle will see the light of day!
Anyway, I'll get working on that soon, and will let you guys know when production resumes for the DIRECTOR'S CUT of Drew & Jo's Epic Wedding Video.
Oh, and here's our march-in at the wedding dinner.

Well this blog hasn't been updated for something like 3 weeks, and for that I apologise. The reason was that the week leading up to the wedding was so hectic with wedding prep that I didn't even go online much, and after that was the two week honeymoon, and I had zero internet access during then.
Anyway, I'm going to put up the Dinner Version of the Wedding Video for you guys to check out. It's been cut down a bit for timing reasons (don't want my parents' friends to get bored during the dinner), with a majority of the ninjas and funky violence cut out, but it's still a good healthy 80% of the full video. So yeah, check it out, and I'll be back to write about how you can do some of the cooler effects in upcoming posts.
Here's the third and probably final teaser video before the big day (only 14 days to go now!). Some of you might even recognize it as being themed after the very first ninja videogame I ever played as a child. It was an early title on the classic Sega Megadrive, and if you can figure out what it is, why don't you write your guess in the GuessBook?
Over the last weekend, I just went hardcore into editing the Magic Flying Beach Towel scene. It's still missing some sound effects and I might tweak a few of the sequences, but for the most part here it is for your enjoyment. Drop any comments you have in the guestbook, ya?
When it comes to using music in your videos, commercial stuff is great, but what's even better is getting something new and original for your video. This way, you'll have music that definitely wasn't used before in some obscure TV promo spot for some local gameshow with local celebrities falling hilariously over themselves while dressed up as giant chickens.
