Washboard abs? Check. Tight thighs? Check. Firm gluteus maximus? Check. The Core Trainer targets places where it matters most for discerning individuals. It is made to work core muscles without drastic aerobic movements that might be counter-productive. There are three pre-set programs but for the more adventurous, there’s a manual mode where you can adjust the tilt and speed of the workout. Every workout lasts 15 minutes with variable speeds for more effectiveness.

PRODUCT FACTS
Getting jiggy

At reasonable speeds, the workout is low impact and you don’t risk injury by getting yourself thrown about.
Saddle on
This seat takes about 120kg and is really comfortable even during workouts.
Cruise control
All buttons are conveniently located within the reach of your hands. This way, you can not only change the workout easily, but also turn if off in case things get too wild.

It’s almost like a horse riding experience, complete with saddle, but minus the neighs and clean up.
