Fujitsu released a new range of notebooks made for the young or the young at heart. Dubbed as the L series, the first model out is the L1010 and it comes in five candy colours - Pink, Purple, Turquoise Blue, Black and White and Pink Gold.

Rest assured that it's not all aesthetics. The L1010 is packed with features that young people want. Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo (2.26GHz or 2GHz), the notebook has WiFi, a 1.3MP camera and built-in microphone for the web-savvy instant messaging bunch. Gamers are also in for a treat as the L1010 comes with decent graphics, the NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS, allowing regular gaming on its 14.1-inch LCD wide screen. 

Being fashionable and empowered is one thing, but keeping data snug and accessible is another. That's why the L1010 has a Fingerprint Sensor of which a swipe of a pre-registered fingerprint will give instant access to all personal encrypted data.
