Gadget3 hits up the Motor Show!

Nice boot

Well, it's that time of the year again when F1 fever hits the city and the Motor Show is held at the same time. Well, technically this is the first time it's ever happened, but it feels like an annual event already.

Probably the smallest working car there

Anyway, we dropped into the show to check out all the cars and accessories at the show. This year the show seems a little bit smaller, but the cars on show are no less impressive.

Here's an RC race track with a really bad driver at the wheel.

Proof that bird poop is acidic enough to melt your
car body off if you don't clean it immediately.

The three big displays were from Honda, Subaru and Nissan, and they definitely squeezed in about as many cars as possible into their allocated spaces in the Suntec hall. Squeeze in any more cars, and you'll probably see those crumple zones at work.

Do I win my prize yet?

After two days, I was the last one standing,
but where are my new car keys?

Nissan had this little room where they had a bunch of displays showing random stuff, like a headlight and aims where your steering wheel aims, and a crash test simulation with a large metal ball. Check out the vids below.

Of course, most people turn up to see the race queens too, and there were plenty to go around. Just as there were plenty of different car models, there were lots of different models next to the cars too. Like the cars, they came in all shapes and sizes, with different colour schemes and trimmings. From Asians to blondes, and even hybrid Pan-Asians, there's a model to suit your taste.

Random Nissan Girl in Silver, with red trimming

Random Subaru Girl, in the exact pose and exact same smile,
but in a black outfit and a slightly different hairstyle

Walking around the hall is hard work, so I'm going to sit in the OTO booth and take a breather. In the meantime, check out the rest of the cars and race queens in the Gallery. Hmmm, come to think of it, why don't they install those massage chairs into the cars?

Checking out cars is tiring work
