We were invited to see the newly arrived MINI John Cooper Works yesterday and were surprised to see it spurt out of a garage with alarming speed, colliding lightly into a stack of tyres near us. Whether it was intentional or not, it was quite a show, and we’re pleased to announce to sports enthusiasts that that John Cooper Works comes with fully loaded Recaro Sports Seats and a six speed manual gearbox. It has the same 1,598CC engine as the MINI Cooper S, but is made to be lighter to save weight and improve noise intrusion.

Strap in your seatbelts, because Motor Image has just started up a Subaru Academy Training Centre located in their Subaru Hub in Toa Payoh. The new centre, named the Motor Image Subaru Academy Training Centre, comes as a result of certification from Fuji Heavy Industries, who make the cars in Japan. This will only be the third such academy to be founded outside of Japan, after China and Belgium.

The Academy teaches the local staff to know their cars better and to be able to educate their customers better. As we all know, nothing sucks more than a car merchant that has no idea what he's talking about, so this announcement certifies that the people at Motor Image will be able to give you an even better customer experience.

It's KITT! The car from the classic TV series Knight Rider! It's one thing to drive around in a Ferrari or a Humvee, but to drive around in KITT is something in a completely different league. Now my only hope is to shop around for one of the Back to the Future Deloreans.
